The model three diver marks a clear evolution of the alkin ‘house style’, carrying over key elements form the model two, including the bold sword and arrow handset. In order to create a sense of ‘depth’ on the diver dial, the model three employs a sandwich design, with the hour indices cut out to expose the Super-LumiNova finish lower dial. In a nostalgic nod to vintage diver designs, the cut-out markers at 3, 6, and 9 bear numbers delicately printed within their triangular forms. To further enhance this sense of depth, the top dial is finished in a textured paint, creating a rugged finish that catches the light from every angle.
The use of sapphire crystal, Super-LumiNova and the Miyota 9039 automatic movement all demonstrates the central alkin commitment to quality and functionality. A ceramic insert is house within the unidirectional rotating bezel, with the numbers and markers being laser etched and filled with X1 C3 Super-LumiNova on the Green Dial.
All versions of the Model Three will ship on a brushed stainless steel bracelet with solid endlinks and a milled clasp. Adjustment links are secured by screw pins and a six stop micro adjustment allows you to achieve a perfect fit.
